POLICY OVERVIEW
All our services are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of digital content creation and the manual labor involved. Payment covers the creative deliverables as outlined in your brief, including revisions and collaboration.
NO REFUNDS
We strive to deliver content that meets your expectations through a collaborative process. However, we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Our services are not "only pay if you like it." You pay for creative work based on your inputs, revisions, and our expertise.
- Marketing results, growth, or engagement cannot be guaranteed.
If there are concerns about the content delivered, we offer up to three rounds of revisions in the first month to ensure the final output aligns with your requirements. For subsequent months, one round of revisions is included per project scope.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your subscription at any time through our Client Portal. Unlike many competitors, we don’t require you to call or email to cancel—just click the “Cancel Subscription” button to stop future billing.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Refunds are not applicable to our services. However, if you have concerns or issues, please reach out to us via the “Contact Us” section on our website. We aim to address all inquiries within 24 hours.
DELIVERABLES
The services we provide, including content creation, are personalized for your brand. Deliverables are based on your brief and preferences. If there are technical challenges preventing posting, we’ll provide all content files for you to post independently.
